Mary Jo, that's a fascinating idea, but yellow cake and chocolate cake have fundamentally different ingredients, and you can't make a yellow cake chocolate just by adding cocoa. We do have a wonderful gluten-free chocolate cake mix, however! Happy baking! Kat@KAF
