Lots of us of Norse descent on here, lol. One of the best English language sites for Norwegian food is a blog called MyLittleNorway. They have numerous pages on cakes, but my favorite is on the cream or Bløtkake: http://mylittlenorway.com/2009/05/norwegian-cakes-for-celebrating/ With variations for different fruits and for marzipan. It sounds perfect for Valentine's Day!
