Lynn, sure, bake them whatever size you want. And it's simple to prepare biscuits, put them on the baking sheet, then freeze without baking. Bag 'em up, and when the time comes, put them, frozen, right on the baking sheet and bake - they'll take maybe a couple of extra minutes, being frozen. If you can't do it that way, then sure, freeze them already baked; just don't stash them in the freezer longer than a month and expect them to still taste good, though. Good luck! PJH
