Hail to the King, his Court of professionals, and to an amazing number of gracious Loyal Subjects! What could have been a week of mourning for the demise of either participant of The "Duel" became a week to honor and warmly embrace The Biscuit. A very wise woman once told me: "Don't HIT a King, unless you can KILL him!" I happily concede that the King is unharmed by this challenge! I entered the Biscuit Fest competition to honor My Mother for her unwavering love and unselfish sacrifices made in order to keep her family safe and healthy. But, I believe the spirit invested in this fantasy duel has achieved that goal in a more enjoyable and acceptable way. Mama would have loved the unpretentious sharing of everyone. Thank Ye, One and All! And to P.J. who has an admirable, gullible appetite for humor and daring...Well done, and THANK YOU! Doris.
