Matt, in case you don't see Doris' answer, I'm relaying it here: "Matt, thank you for your inquiry. My oven temp. is 425 F. At that degree, in my oven, the cooking time is 16-17 minutes. The basic recipe makes 8 – 9 (dough cut 1-inch-high) biscuits." - Doris Bolalek
