Marti, how nice to hear from you again! I know you're one of the best biscuit makers out there - love your sharing your ingredients with all of us. That's high praise from your husband - he's definitely someone who should know a good biscuit when he tastes one! And you're right - when I'm not using our King Arthur self-rising flour, I use Bakewell Cream for biscuits - it makes such a nice difference. Cheers! P.S. How's my cow? PJH
