HI Wendy, First, can't wait for summer myself, so I hope you do get a chance to come up and visit us! For the biscuits, I find Angel Biscuits to be a bit less flaky in texture, and a bit more cakey. I guess I think of them more like a scone texture. Both are excellent though, and I like to use Angel Biscuits when I want that soothing cakeyness. ~ MJ
