Love when you tease us for what's to come tomorrow! Something to look forward to! Thank you for all of the ideas on how to transform pretzel dough. I love when you take something relatively basic and make it into so much more - please keep these kinds of posts coming! A lye bath is the traditional method for boiling pretzels. I recently read a long ago published article (in the NY Times, I think) about baking baking soda to get a similar effect.
