KAF white whole wheat flour is a wonderful product and I wish it was available in Canada, so I didn't have to ration it so much. I make a lot of sourdough bread, and even though I'm using AP flour for this I feel that it's healthier than straight up white bread because of the fermentation and the very few ingredients (flour, water, salt).
