I wrap my bread in plastic wrap, then wrap that in foil. It goes right into the refrigerator. I've never noticed if it dries out, honestly. I keep a small cookie pan of water in my toaster oven. When we take the bread out to slice what we want, we preheat the toaster oven to 300, then turn it off, slice the bread and lay it in the oven for about thirty seconds while we re-wrap it, then eat it. It's moist, warm, and tastes oven-fresh.
