I have a Cuisinart bread maker and I like to bake Whole Wheat bread. Sometimes the bread loaf comes out small dense and compact and sometimes it comes out perfect.
I measure very carefully and make sure the ingredients are at room temperature Could my problem be that the Wheat Flour is not always fresh?
Also here's a tip that I learned, When bread is frozen it's hard to separate the slices. Solution: After the bread has cooled I slice and place it in plastic bread bags and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours, then I take it out of the fridge and separate the slices before I put the bread in the freezer. This prevents the bread slices from sticking together if I put it directly in the freezer.
