You can use pretty much any bread recipe for rolls. Just divide the dough into 12 or 16 pieces after its first rise, shape, turn on your oven to preheat, and bake after they get puffy-looking. Set the timer for 18 minutes at 350°F, and bake a little longer if you want them darker. Susan
