Bread flour is going to contribute more "chew" to the bread, which is great for bagels, pizza crust and pretzels. Our all purpose flour works well for most breads, cookies, cakes and quick breads. If you use bread flour in a recipe that has been tested with AP, you will probably adjust the consistency of the dough with a bit more liquid. Laurie@KAF
