I freeze dough too. I make dough in bread machine & form loaves after dough sits for 90 minutes including 36 min. dough cycle then freeze. Letting it thaw at least overnight & sometimes 2 nights works with my sourdough. Never had any luck in this house though until I made my own starter with rye flour using KAF recipe. All other sourdough starters including KAF go bad in my house. Must have some unique "wild yeast" here. KAF is my first stop for all recipes. Love your blog!
