Thanks for all the good info. Love the Grandmother's"sad bread" comment. I am one that refrigerates my store-bought bread..however you did say that it makes good toast and that's what we do with it…so I guess I am ok with it ?? Never put my home baked bread in the frig….I make 1 # loaves and they don't last that long. All the comments are meaningful, especially your "The Bakers Hotline" ones. So nice to know all comment are read by you. I have called or chatted with a problem and have always received helpful answers. Thank you.
