Thank You for the chance to reply . I have baked yeast breads for many years and I do many of the tips presented. Placing loaves on their sides was a wonderful ( and, to me,) new idea. I would add, freezers and refrigerators that are self-defrosting tend to eventually dry everything in them. I have a separate freezer that I manually defrost and use it for long storage, especially breads.
