I don't have problems with storage. Rarely does any last past the 2nd day. I usually bake with a purpose in mind that's probably why. I have 1 rule, I do the work I get the butt ends. I have bread and milk for breakfast every morning. I was thinking about a really short pan, maybe 2", then when you slice it all you have is 2 butt ends. Great for me, not so good for anybody else though. Oh well, mustn't be selfish.
