Refrigerator storage tends to stale the bread quicker, but the other factor is that it will make great grilled cheese or toast if it has been refrigerated or frozen. For ease of use/thawing - consider slicing the loaf and freezing. Then you can remove slices and will and thaw or toast. Happy Baking! Irene@KAF
