We always store our store-bought bread in the refrigerator, even though chefs and baking sites say not to. We cannot go through a whole loaf in a few days. We mainly use it for PB&J and grilled cheese for our granddaughter and occasionally myself. My question is would freezing an unsliced loaf last longer in the fridge or freezer as opposed to a sliced loaf? I love making bread but don't want to invest the time and energy if I have to throw it away in a couple of days. Suggestions please!!!
