What are the equivalencies for Baker's Chocolate squares (1 oz), dark chocolate chips and cocoa? I have always used Baker's chocolate or cocoa powder to make Brownies or other chocolate desserts. Now I often see recipes that call for dark chocolate chips. I don't keep chocolate chips in my pantry so I am wondering about substitution equivalents.
