Great history lesson. . .loved hearing the history of KAF and Fannie Farmer. I have been using the Fannie Farmer cookbook for years; it is my"go to" cookbook for practical cooking and the basics. In fact, I have two. . .the first one was falling apart, bought a second one years later, and now that one is falling apart! Now KAF is becoming my "go to" website for great recipes and problem solving!
