My grandmother and mother were wonderful bakers. I am going to be 80 this year and I still bake every week. My family loves homemake bread and of course cookies and brownies. Not so much cake but I read every cake recipe you put online. I make pizza with your pizza flour. King Arthur is definately the King in my kitchen. I have one of your cook books and several of the publications which I often check when looking for something special to bake. I don't know about the new magazine Sift, I will watch for it on the newstand.
