Wow those brownies look awesome, and they didn't even call for a pinch of this, and dash of that, all my grandmothers recipes are written like that, and a shot glass full of rum, or two, it amazes me how well she baked, she made everything to fancy cookies to delicate cakes, without weighing anything. I love the history behind foods , I looked up mincemeat pie, that was very interesting.
