Made this pizza dough from the "00" flour bag I bought from an Italian company. The only difference with their recipe was baking instead of broiling at 500degrees. Your recipe says 500 to 550 degrees. Is that your oven broiling? I'm confused. Am I supposed to bake or broil? My pizza was good, but I've always wanted to have a crispy burnt crust. I paniced when I couldn't get to it in 24 hours, so I pre-baked the crust. It was good but not any better then using regular flour. So I'm bookmarking your article for my next Friday pizza - you know "pizza and a movie". BROIL OR BAKE?
