As a rule of thumb, most yeast bread recipes can be easily doubled, Patty. Simply double all ingredients, including the yeast and salt. The rise times will stay approximately the same, bake time will vary on how big your pie is. However, if you plan to increase this recipe by more than double, you may want to use bakers’ percentages.
