Hi Niamiah! While it may take some practice, it is possible to transfer this dough into a woodfired oven without parchment paper. I would recommend a very liberal dusting of semolina or cornmeal on the dough, a wooden peel, and a sense of urgency once the pizza is dough is place on the peel to be topped.
