Made the dough yesterday and baked pizza tonite. I just made one 15" pizza out of the dough and Baked it at 550 degrees F on a pizza stone for 10 mins. We thought it turned out great. Edges had some air pockets like we like. Next time I might broil a minute at the end to char the edges just a little. Keeper recipe.
