Tony, 1/8 tsp of Dry Active Yeast equals 0.45 grams. You will most certainly need a jewelers scale to weigh out such a small amount. You can purchase one through Amazon as I did if you are into pizza recipes that require small amounts of yeast for long proofs. They are very cheap and eliminates the quest work.
