Hi, Denise! If you don't want to go through the baker's math of substituting starter for 1/3 of the flour and some of the water in your dough recipe by weight and adding extra rise time, the dough in our Sourdough Pizza Cubano recipe is fabulous, and well worth the effort. Happy baking!
