Have to add my thanks for this recipe! This summer we declared this the best pizza any in our family had ever eaten!
So easy, so good that it will be sometime before I try any of your other pizza recipes. My only tweak is that I use 25% bread flour for chew factor. So happy to read other people's changes and advice too. An abundance of riches so thank you King Arthur and your cooking team. Your recipes are outstanding in our book!!
