Made this twice with different results due to the yeast. Instant yeast worked better than the active, so on second attempt with traditional yeast, after 12 hours of no bubbles, I dissolved a bit of instant yeast in water and worked it in to the very flat dough. It worked. Reading your notes and others comments helped me master this dough, so thank you. This is now on the request list from the grandchildren as a required food and I'm so happy that the timing is flexible and I look like a master chef. Great yummy recipe, thanks!
