This is my firs attempt making bread with yeast. The yeast measurement is 1/8 teaspoon and I only have a 1/4 teaspoon. After getting about half, it does not seem like much yeast. Is 1/8 correct? That is like a pinch. Just wanted to make sure I measure right.
