Jonathan February 28, 2020 at 12:24pm Hi, i run into this problem every time i make pizza. The crust is always underdone while the cheese is on the verge of burning. I stretch it pretty thin too. Gas oven 500 degrees max. I cook mine in the middle of the oven on cast iron. Pls help. Reply
