Hi Tammy! One of our favorite things to use is a plastic shower cap since we can reuse it, but actual bowl covers are more durable. Plastic wrap or even a sheet pan will work as well. We don't recommend a towel as, even a tamp towel will dry out and the dough will form a crust and it will slow it down or prevent it from rising.
