Hi I tried this recipe last night,I used a preheated oven stone and cooked the pizza for 7 minutes though I didn't use the broiler, when I took the pizza out from the oven and cut it the middle part was a bit wet, does that mean I put too much sauce on it? Or is underbaked? The edge of the pizza was crispy though. I used bread flour and left for few days fermentation. And I used passata and pesto sauce as topping, please advise.
