Hi, I just made this pizza last night. This was my first attempt to make my own dough and pizza and encountered a few problems. Your step-by-step pictures and explanations were very helpful. The crust tasted wonderful but when I cut it into slices ALL the topping slid off and I had to scoop it up and put it back on so it was quite a mess. Why would this happen? Did I use too much topping? I used thickened marinara sauce, sautéed sliced mushrooms, blanched asparagus tips, and fresh mozzarella. Another problem is that the edge puffed way up, much higher than your pictures. Maybe I left too much of an edge when I was pressing it out? Also when stretching it out (using gravity) the center became so thin that it got a hole in it but I was able to pinch it back together. Despite this, the pizza tasted very good so I will try it again after hearing your suggestions. Thank you.
