Jennifer, that's tricky to say! This pizza dough isn't a very high riser, it's more like it gets quite bubbly. If you're not seeing that kind of response, though, it might be that your dough is a bit too dry or that your yeast is a bit past its prime. We'd suggest adding a little bit more water to your dough first to see if that helps, as that's certainly the easiest fix.
