That should be totally fine, Victoria! If you oil the parchment, you could stack them up (oiled parchment, dough, oiled parchment, dough, etc.) and they wouldn't stick to each other. Just try to keep them covered with plastic so they don't dry out in the fridge or on the journey. Happy baking! Annabelle@KAF
