Hi! I offered to make pizza at a friends’ house and would like to prepare this recipe through the shaping step, then refrigerate them for a couple of hours before topping and baking. Is this possible? I will be using parchment on round steel pizza pans, as I don’t want to haul my peel and baking stone to their house. :). Please let me know if you think this will work. Thank you!
