Ok, another comment.
Ok it’s true. It is the best home pizza ever. I just made them. My son is a harsh critic, however after his first bite he declared ‘a nice pizza’. The whole pizza was spot-on. I actually made double and they looked great.
They were relatively easy to make, because while one is in the oven you have just enough time to make the next.
Next, I would like to make an artisan loaf using the same kind of long fermentation. Not sourdough, but with a small amount of instant dried yeast.
