I hope I can still post and get a response! Wonderful dough. Made our first pizzas using recipe and pizza steel this past weekend and they were delicious. Found the parchment paper to be so helpful. Planning to make for a party. Can I get the dough shaped on the parchment paper in advance (ie, that afternoon)? If so, should I leave at room temperature or keep in fridge? Thanks!
