Have been making this pizza for awhile & always comes out fabulous! Lately I noticed that after 18-24 hour rise a thick skin forms on top. I place the dough in a large round glass & cover with cling wrap. Temp in Kitchen is about 75 degrees (we live in so florida) I keep the dough on the stove with the range hood light on. Please help! Louise
