Hi Petra, this amount is too small for most home bakers to measure out by weight. 1 teaspoon of yeast weighs about 3 grams, so 1/8 would be approximately 0.375 grams. It is very challenging to find a micro-gram scale accurate enough to measure this amount by weight, but if you have the tools to do so, then we encourage you to bake on! Kye@KAF
