This was exactly the style of pizza crust I was looking for (crunchy & chewy), and the instruction provided is excellent...thank you! I was worried that I wouldn't get that pizzeria style without a stone oven (or even a baking stone or steele), but I stacked 3 cookie sheets and used parchment, and it made all the difference. The pizza turned out like something I would expect from the best gourmet pizza place in town...better yet, now I know that I never have to travel far to get there! Thanks again. Michelle
