Michale, we'll admit that the texture of this crust is quite different from standard pizza crust. It's not very dough-y in texture, but rather thin and crispy, more similar to a cracker. If you're looking to make a gluten-free crust that's more similar to wheat-based crusts, try our recipe for Gluten-Free Pizza Crust.
