I made pizza for dinner tonight. I began with this super easy crust. While it was baking I roasted some frozen spinach and kale in the oven, sauteed a few mushrooms, stirred up a creamy garlic sauce made from fresh garlic sauteed in butter, heavy cream and xanthan. When the crust was done, I spread on the white sauce, then sprinkled on the greens and mushrooms. I topped it all with white cheddar and fresh mozzarella cheese. over the top and baked it for a few minutes longer. It was delicious! This recipe is a new family favorite! Thank you for creating this recipe. I will definitely use it again and again.
