The "guaranteed" sugar cookie recipe...instead of rolling the dough in sugar before baking, would a small dollop of Simple Cookie Glaze and a sprinkle of colored sugar applied after baking work well? I'm looking for crispy yet soft-in-the-middle, not too thin sugar cookies that won't turn out overly sweet with the glaze and colored sugar. Many thanks!
