Ericka, corn syrup does make for a particularly chewy or bendy cookie, but this isn't the same as high-fructose corn syrup. We don't have any recipes that call for HCFS or bleached flour for that matter, but we think the corn syrup variation of our recipe for basic sugar cookies might fit the bill.
