One of my favorite recipe was just that 100% whole wheat honey bread! I hope you could reproduce some recipes we have here at Brazil that are amazing. Quindim or Egg Yolk Pudding is one of them.AMAZING! Another brazilian delicious is Cuca de Banana or Brazilian Banana Sweet Bread with Struesel on top!! It´s a must at Southern States where Germany settlers and now their descendents live! We have another masterpiece common at Bahia Northeast state, An amazing and light bread made with flour, egg yolks, condended milk, butter and parmesan cheese we call here Pãozinho Delícia da Bahia. Hope you could try even my amazing Pumpkin Sweet Bread a bread that remains to Pain Perdu or Rabanadas but not fried but cooked at oven!! Anyway...HAPPY 2015 for all of you at KAF´s headquarter!
