Hi Nel, yes! You could use just a regular 9" pie dish - just make sure to grease it well. Bake time will be a bit longer - I'd say at least 45 - 50 minutes. Just check around the 40 minute mark and if the center is no longer jiggly, it should be done. If you see the crust starting to brown too quickly and the filling isn't cooked, you can tent it with some foil until it's done. Let us know how it works out! Alyssa
